The specifications of the AMD Navi 21 XT “Big Navi” GPU for the Radeon RX 6900 XT graphics card were reported by Patrick Schur to be quite credible about his information. According to reported specs, the AMD Radeon RX 6900 XT looks like a beast of a graphics card with an insane clock.
AMD Radeon RX 6900 XT With Navi 21 XT “Big Navi” GPU To Feature Insane 2.4 GHz Game Clock, 16 GB GDDR6 VRAM & 255W TGP
Patrick said in his tweet that the AMD Navi 21 XT GPU which is said to be the “Big Navi” GPU awaited by all gamers is going to be a crazy chip. As previously reported, the 21 XT GPU will be featured on the Radeon RX 6900 XT graphics card but there are also reports that there is a faster XTX variant available.

The Navi 21 XT GPU is reported to be a powerhouse of a chip with a game clock of around 2.4 GHz which is the highest clock speed we can get to see on a consumer grade graphics card. It also implies that we can expect higher boost frequencies considering the game and boost clocks are separate, since the game clock is the average clock frequency that the GPU can maintain in games while the boost clock is the peak peak that the GPU can hit.
The GPU also features a TGP (Total Graphics Power) of 255W. This does not mean the full power of the board but the GPU itself. The GeForce RTX 3080 for comparison has a TDP of 320W and the GeForce RTX 3070 has a TDP of 220W.
The graphics card based on the Navi 21 XT GPU, said to be the Radeon RX 6900 XT, is said to feature 16 GB of GDDR6 memories which has also been seen in various previous releases. As for comparison measurements, the performance looks really close to the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 graphics card which is very impressive for AMD to hit, and if they can price the Big Navi graphics card itself at around $ 499- $ 599 US, then they will have a killer 4K solution in their hands.
Rogame has already pointed out at least four SKUs for the Navi 21 (RDNA 2) GPU but we know nothing but PCI IDs. There is active speculation going on today about the exact specifications and configuration of each SKU in terms of key numbers, texture mapping units, and ROPs because we now know that the GPU consists of 5120 stream processors that packed within 80 CUs.
Let’s have fun 😁
We now know that the Navi21 die has 80CU. We also know that there are 4 variations of Navi21:
W = water
A = Wind
How many CUs do you think each variant will have?
I think it will cut the Xbit memory 320bit

Like every Rogame, the Navi 21 GPU currently has the following SKUs:
- Navi 21 XTX (0x731F: D0)
- Navi 21 XT (0x731F: D1)
- Navi 21 XL (0x731F: D3)
- Navi 21 XLE (0x731F: DF)

AMD Radeon RX 6900 Series With Triple-Slot Cooling Solution:
As for the designs themselves, the Radeon RX 6000 flagship cooling design looks amazing with red and black design. The card features a triple axial-tech fan setup on the cover and has a large aluminum heatsink running underneath it. The card has an LED-lit Radeon logo on the side and there is a large cut on the side for fans to vent hot air. This design is very reminiscent of the cooler NVIDIA GeForce RTX 20 Series Founder Edition. The card will feature dual 8-pin power and the display ports will include a USB Type-C (VirtualLink), 1 HDMI, and 2 DisplayPort connectors.
The card also features a fancy backplate along with a retention bracket to hold the cooler in place. The Radeon RX “Big Navi” GPU looks to come with a standard 2-slot reference design similar to NVIDIA’s flagship RTX 3080 but not as big as the triple-slot GeForce RTX 3090.
AMD will officially unveil the Radeon RX 6000 graphics card family series on October 28. The second half of 2020 is sure to be an exciting time for all hardware enthusiasts and major PC gamers. waiting to upgrade their PCs with the best hardware.
