WEST DES MOINES, Iowa (KTTC) – According to a Tuesday night news release, Hy-Vee is recalling seven of its Mealtime Asian Entrees. The grocery chain said it discovered the liquid egg used to make fried rice contained milk, which was not disclosed on the product label.
Dishes in 16-ounce or 20-ounce plastic containers are best if used by dates of September 14, 2019, or September 15, 2019. The expiry date can be found on the label at top of plastic cover.
For the release, the state of Hy-Vee has no reports of anyone having a bad reaction to any of the recalled products. They are distributed in stores in Iowa, Minnesota and Wisconsin.
The UPC and Lot Code are located on the label under the plastic container.

Hy -Vee products without large numbers are not part of the recall. Anyone with any of the recalled products can return it to their local store for a full refund.
