At least two men survived the deadly plane crash in Pakistan

Investigators are combing through destruction at the scene of a deadly plane crash in Pakistan that happened the first Friday morning. An Airbus jet with about 100 people aboard dropped into a residential area in the city of Karachi – and at least two survived.

It was a scene of apprehension that Airbus, caught on security cameras, crashed into the neighborhood. Rescuers found bank president Zafar Masood in bankruptcy. Masood suffered only fractures.

Fellow passenger Muhammad Zubair also survived. “The plane was caught … I couldn̵

7;t put my seat belt on and saw the light,” he said from his hospital bed.

The Aviation Authority said the A320 aircraft, carrying 98 people, had flown from Lahore and was about to reach Karachi when both engines had disappeared.

The country only continued domestic flights a few weeks after a coronavirus lockdown. Prime Minister Imran Khan promises a “full investigation.”
