Autopsy released in the investigation of Hania Aguilar



Hania Aguilar's body was found in Robeson County in a pit filled with water at about four and a half feet deep in the report. The 13-year-old faces down and naked, with a plastic folding table on his back, according to the report.

McLellan rejected bail in many cases relating to Hania's death, including first-degree murder and first-degree rape.

He was scheduled to appear in court on April 2. CNN tries to find out if McLellan is being appointed by a lawyer.
