An 80-year-old Humboldt County resident died at an out-of-county hospital after being diagnosed with COVID-19. This marks the eighth death of a resident of the province associated with the virus.
Humboldt County Health Officer Dr. Teresa Frankovich sent her condolences to the family. “Our thoughts include friends and family members who are feeling this loss,” he said.
Seven new cases of COVID-19 have been reported today, bringing the province̵7;s 508 residents to the test.
