TOKYO – Daisuke Matsuzaka has contravened many arm injuries during his career as a pitcher at Major League Baseball and in Japan, but there is nothing like that.
Chunichi Dragons says that Matsuzaka is suffering from his right shoulder after an overzealous admirer pulls his outer arm into a fan training event in spring Okinawa.
