Final Fantasy 7 & 8 Remastered Twin Pack will get Europe Release Date

Square Enix has finally put a release date on Final Fantasy 7/8 Remastered Twin Pack for Switch for two more regions. We already know that the North American version will be released for the Switch on October 22, but this past week the company finally confirmed the dates for Europe, New Zealand, and Australia. The set will be released on December 4th as the Twin Pack currently costs € 39.99, while the PS4 alone Last Fantasy version for individual games costs € 19.99. You can read about both below as older players among us remember a time when both of these games required seven discs to play the same.

Final Fantasy VII, the timeless classic loved by a legion of fans, now available with a number of useful extra features! Experience an epic adventure beyond the imagination, ending in the final battle to decide the fate of the planet. The world collapsed under the power of Shinra Electric Power Company, an unlucky corporation that monopolized the planet’s own life force as Mako energy. In the urban megalopolis of Midgar, a group of anti-Shinra rebels calling themselves the Avalanche intensified their resistance campaign. Cloud Strife, a former member of Shinra’s elite SOLDIER unit who has now become a mercenary, offered his help to the rebels, unaware that he would be drawn into an epic battle for the fate of the planet, while talking to his own lost.

It was time of war. The Republic of Galbadia, under the influence of witchcraft Edea, is mobilizing its great armies against other countries in the world. Squall and other members of the SeeD, a select mercenary, team up with Rinoa, a fighter, to fight against Galbadia’s tyrannical rule and prevent Edea from fulfilling her ultimate goal. This product is a remaster of Final Fantasy VIII, featuring many enhancements including additional options to customize your gameplay experience and difficulty.
