Are Arya looking for the ultimate weapon? By Jesse Schedeen

Premiere of Game of Thrones & # 39; Season 8 features a number of long-awaited character reunions, and one of the most memorable scenes came as Arya finally faced his old pal Gendry. But as soon as the audience learns, Arya has more than simple act of friendship in mind. Gendry wants to force him a new weapon of one kind. Apparently, even two badass weapons are not enough for this trained killer.
What exactly Gendry is required to prepare is still a mystery. Here's a closer look at the blueprint Arya brought him:
Judging this picture, Arya seems to want Gendry to force a bee spear, or some kind of pile. One end is clearly labeled as "dragonglass," so it is clear that a weapon is aimed at helping him kill the White Walkers and wights. Arya has a Valyrian iron weapon in Littlefinger's Catspaw dagger, but because it is suitable for a wide-ranging battle, he may be looking for something that can give him more range.
The design of the blueprint looks like this gun looks that can also detach in two halves. This will give Arya a greater healing power, allowing him to switch between a spear and blade at a moment's notice. One of the trailers for Season 8 still shows Arya something that can have double-sided weapons.
Weaponmaster Tommy Dunne danced in this new weapon in an interview at Vanity Fair, saying: "There is a creation in Season 8 which is really impressive It's a showstopper It's great to finish It's great to do, This great design is about reverse-engineered and made into two different items.
It is also possible that the blueprint shows a staff that not only attaches and separates, but one that acts as a weapon project. While Westeros has no technology to build firearms, we think talented blacksmiths like Gendry can cook crude weapons projects provided with the right materials and blueprints, such as crossbows and dragon-killing ballistas favored by the Lannisters. It's a weapon that looks like an ordinary spear but it's really allowed him to choose a major target and snipe in their a from a distance. I have several names to cross off his list, after all. Maybe he's saving "graceful edges" for Cersei or the Night King.
Even Daenerys may be unsafe, giving the frosty reception he meets at Winterfell. There will be a certain irony on the idea of the Dragons Mother who was killed by a dragon-made weapon. There is also something intriguing in the idea of Arya using a weapon of both fire (dragonglas) and ice (Valyrian steel). "Song of Ice and Fire" is a song about the death of Arya when she releases her secret weapon
The fans have already taken Reddit to reflect on the nature and purpose of the mystery weapon this, with many agreeing that Gendry would be Arya building the closest thing to Westeros to the rifle. The user believes that the weapon is an athlete, an ancient weapon that usually uses a stick-like object to launch a spear that is far more than a human arm can be thrown away. The user's breezyceezy is determined that Arya will use the weapon to kill Cersei, while fingering Littlefinger's face to get close enough to take his shot. Meanwhile, WEB_daboys indicates that Arya can plan to shoot down Viserion, which robbing the Night King of his most powerful weapon.
What do you think Arya's presence is with Gendry's build? Is it a sandal weapon or something more unique? And who is he trying to kill? Let us know your theories in the comments below. And for more on this new episode tonight, check out our preview of Season 8's premiere
