Those who recreate the past are doomed to be struck by a red shell. Pretty sure that’s how the saying goes.
Nintendo re-created the first Mario Kart keep track of which most of us have played inside Mario Kart Live: Home Circuit. Check out the simplified Mario Circuit 1 from the SNES Mario Kart as experienced by the AR lens of Home Circuit:

Tell the truth, Mario Circuit 1 is about perfect adaptation for Mario Kart Live: Home CircuitLimit of four gates. This is the most iconic Mario Kart course more or less oval. It blazes quickly, however, with each descent Home Circuit takes approximately 10 seconds. It was a solid effort from Nintendo, but not as impressive as when Activision made Tony Hawk a real life warehouse. THPS1.
