Matt Reeves’ Batman is a completely new take on Caped Crusader. Even if that is the case, fans should still expect to see some familiar faces in the new universe established by the filmmaker. Earlier this week, fans were treated to set up pictures of Halloween costumes wearing Superman and Wonder Woman costumes, essentially confirming the existence of heroes in this universe. Now, another set image has appeared that includes the logo for DC of The Flash, which also indicates that fan-favorite speed speeds exist in some shape, method, or form in the universe Batman is set to.
Shared on Twitter by Jake Hamilton of FOX32, a sad poster can be seen hanging in a beam with “Stab Out The Eye,”; and “Destroy GothCorp” written on it. Near the poster is then another ripped flyer or sticker of some kind with The Flash’s iconic insignia.
Wait – is the logo of THE BATMAN the logo of THE FLASH ?! pic.twitter.com/p2pRpBv6kn

Exciting enough, GothCorp is an entity first introduced to Batman: The Animated Series and responsible for the disaster that became Dr. Free Fries to Mr. Freeze in the series.
The principal recently moved the photo from Liverpool to Chicago, where the new photos were taken. According to an appearance by Reeves at the DC FanDome earlier this year, he wanted to film in Liverpool to give moviegoers in the United States a sense of isolation from reality when it comes to the architecture involved in Gotham City.
“[That] I want to present it in a way that has really changed, I want it to look like an American city you have never been to. I mean other iterations … Burton has very, very, theatrical, beautiful sets – and Nolan has a version he created in Batman Begins and that is … parts of Chicago and part of Pittsburgh, “he added.” And what we’re trying to do is create a version of it that you have never seen before. “
“So some of the locations we chose … let’s say there is such, we have such a Gotham square, so like Times Square today, if we shot it in Times Square then you will be like I guess Gotham is New York. But in our case, it really is going to be Liverpool, “Reeves continued.” And the idea is to go to Liverpool, where there are all sorts of Gothic architectural foundations, and then add all the more modern structures by CG … Now that I float on the course I told you what it is … so that aspect of Gotham and realize that this is for me, one of the beautiful pleasure in filmmaking. “
Batman is set for release on March 4, 2022.
