The New England Patriots filed charges on Wednesday's abduction against Houston Texans for an attempt to general hire of Nick Caserio, league sources told ESPN.
The league is now expected to gather relevant informants to open an investigation against Houston, sources Houston said
Houston tried the general manager Brian Gaine the night after the Super Bowl of the New England on June 6 at Robert Kraft's house. The Texans finished in the first place at AFC South with a 11-5 record last season.
