After a medical bulletin about the health of legendary playback singer SP Balasubrahmanyam released from a hospital in Chennai where he was being treated for Covid-19 said he was in a critical condition, causing concern to his fans and followers, family of the singer on Friday night announced that the singer is in better shape than the previous day.
Balasubrahmanyam’s son SP Charan, and sister SP Vasantha, said the famous singer was seriously unwell on the first Friday but got up at night. Charan told the media in Chennai that his father’s condition has improved and he is getting better under the care of doctors. There is no reason for concern and he will recover, Charan said.
Meanwhile, Balasubrahmanyam̵7;s sister SP Vasantha said that her brother’s power is strong and with the prayers of all his good and God’s blessings, he will be able to recover easily and return home safely and well.
The news of the sudden deterioration of the health of one of India’s greatest singers in playback was first announced in the afternoon by a hospital in Chennai where the singer admitted himself on August 5th.
The hospital said “Thiru SP Balasubrahmanyam had a health weakness,” and in a late-night development, on August 13, his condition worsened.
