The Ice Cube sets the record for his plans with Trump in an interview with Chris Cuomo

Cube mostly talked to Chris Cuomo about his “Black American Contract,” a plan he unveiled earlier this year to address racial inequality. Cube says he has not met Trump and does not trust either his campaign or Joe Biden’s campaign – he is acting.

“I did not run to work with any campaign. Both campaigns contacted me,” Cube said. “Both campaigns wanted to talk to me about the Black America Contract. One campaign said, ‘We love what you have, but we really dig after the election.’ And one campaign said ‘We love what you have, did you think to talk to us about it?’ And that’s what I did, so I didn̵

7;t run to anyone. ”

The entertainer tweeted Wednesday that Trump’s campaign had made adjustments to “their plan” for Black America after talking to him.

Trump’s plan – dubbed the “Platinum Plan” – includes initiatives such as “neighborhoods with the highest police standards” and replaced “failed schools” with “full school options.”

Cube is willing to work with both teams, he said, and anyone else will work with him.

“I no longer play more than these political games, we are not part of a team … so I will go to anyone in power and I will tell them about our problems, specifically,” Cube said, explaining. that “our” refers to Black Americans. “I’m not going to be there talking about minorities, I’m not going to be there talking about people of color or diversity or not in those things. I’m going to be there for Black Americans, the descendants of slaves. ”

In an interview on Friday, Cube spoke about closing the wealth gap and how those without money will be respected in this country.

“This is the problem in America, Blacks do not own capital,” he said. “We cannot survive in America for another 100 years of life like this.”

On Tuesday, Katrina Pierson, a senior adviser to the President, tweeted that Cube helped develop Trump’s “Platinum Plan.”

“Leaders hate, hate haters,” he wrote on Twitter. “Thanks for the leadership!”

The Ice Cube unveiled its 13-part plan in July, which includes points such as police and prison reforms and home-free debt. Although he denounced Trump in 2016, he said in recent months he wanted change regardless of political party.

“If there is a problem there, it seems like a personal problem,” Cube told Cuomo.
