"According to ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski, the Lakers are looking to send some of the younger players – in New Orleans on a 3-team deal – to enjoy some CBA rules that allow them to get to that mark. The Lakers made Mo Wagner, Jemerrio Jones, and Isaac Bonga available.
Lakers strives to expand Anthony Davis's trade and create the ability to open the max slot slot on July 6, sources say @ BobbyMarks42 and me. The Lakers offer Mo Wagner / Jemerrio Jones / Isaac Bonga contracts with additional teams, so LA can follow the rules of the CBA with the creation of $ 32M in space.

Lakers include Mo Wagner, Jemerrio Jones and Isaac Bonga in trade, Anthony Davis still get $ 1,527,218 of a possible $ 4,063,953 trading bonus without eating the Lakers' cap room.

. @ wojespn does not refer to the Lakers cleaning of Mo Wagner, Isaac Bonga and Jemerrio Jones. He is referring to adding them to Anthony Davis's trade so they can do it as an over-cap team, and send three players to a third team. This is what the Lakers get in the $ 32M cap room.

Los Angeles is said to be looking to get some second round picks, allowing for a cheap contract that they can use to fill its roster while goes to the salary stamp.
This is a careful effort.

"There is no doubt that the front office in LA looked at the Toronto Raptors trade made for Kawhi Leonard in past times feeling like adding more stars to its roster could not hurt. The only problem is that the Raptors already have a team that has a great team unit in place when they traded for Leonard. Los Angeles will not have any player notes when they go this time, even if they are able to sign a third star to join LeBron James and Davis.
It's hard to see how Davis, James, and the third star will carry this group if there is a steep drop-off between the bank's rounds. Even considering the veteran sign-up requirements – which always occurs for championship-fighting teams – this team requires more role-playing players.
This is a great thing in Los Angeles to do, and this thing only keeps the more complicated farther away from us in the NBA offseason. It's still not in July, and it's gone wild in the Association.
