Tesla's sedan's flagship performance, the Model S P100D (now known as Model S Performance), converts popular comedian Joe Rogan, a long-time gear, to electric transport.
"I feel like I'm living in the future & # 39 ;, says Rogan.
Rogan is especially known for his comedy, UFC commentary, and his popular podcast, but he is also familiar with the automotive industry for being a gearhead owner of several iconic vehicles including 1965 Corvette and a Porsche 911 GT3. When discussing Tesla's electric cars and vehicles on his podcast in the past, Rogan is critical ̵
He has been misinformed about the electric range and charging capacity when discussing Tesla vehicles with some regular Tesla owners, such as Brian Callen or Tom Papa.
It said, Rogan was also attracted by the next genes of the Roadster prototype after the unveiling and showed interest in electric vehicles as a technology enthusiast.
In his interview with Elon Musk last year, Tesla apparently believed him to give EVs a shot and buy Model S P100D.
Now Rogan sends a black Model S P100D and he looks like it in his podcast and social media.
He posted on Instagram yesterday:
"It feels like it's punching through a wormhole with foreign technology," Rogan told about the Ludicrous mode of the vehicle.
He has already discussed his new Tesla on many podcast episodes:
Take Electrek & # 39; s
It's wonderful. I'm a big fan of Joe Rogan. I am an avid MMA follower and I always value Joe's commentary and perspective on sport.
I also follow his podcast and comedy.
Following his work over the years, he became clear that he was a hardcore gearhead and I heard he made humiliation comments about EVs in the past.
It's exciting for me because I know it comes from misinformation more than anything else and as a person trying to promote electrical vehicles, it disturbs me A person with a good the platform has spread the EV myths.
But it seems to have taken about a week on a Model S P100D to convince her that "this is the future" – though I would argue that this is the present. I think it will have a big impact on EV. I wrote when Joe first agreed to buy Model S:
"The CEO of a car company spending two hours with a single potential buyer is not the best way to sell a car. In this case, it is probably one of Elon's best sales today.
Joe Rogan is a highly influential person in his wide-ranging podcast and he is known to promote the products he loves all hour.
Above all, the fact that he is a gearhead and he shows a willingness to test the electric vehicle makes it more meaningful.
It can influence many of his gearhead fans to be more open to the idea of electric vehicles. " One week in and he has been promoting the Model S on many social media posts and podcasts. It's likely to keep developing as we all know that & # 39; Tesla grin & # 39; usually never lost.
