The police said on Tuesday, at 3:15 pm, the female suspect approached and brought a 4-year-old from a McDonald's located at 1310 East Olympic Boulevard in LA  The suspect attempted to enter a parked vehicle with the child but stopped by a witness. The suspect fled away.

At around 11:15 am Wednesday, a kidnap attempt of a 4 year old boy was held at Martin Luther King Boulevard and San Pedro Street, also in LA
The suspect approached the child, pulling his hand and trying to get away from the victim. The boy was walking alongside a family member when the kidnapping attempt took place, the police said.
The suspect was stopped by a witness in the area and ran off.
The suspect was described as a 25 to 30 year old black or Hispanic woman with black hair and unknown color eyes. He stands at 5 feet 4 inches high and weighs about 115 pounds. The suspect has a scar or birthmark on his forehead, an unknown tattoo on top of his left breast and an unknown tattoo on his upper back and left shoulder.
Detectives are investigating to determine whether the two incidents are relevant.
