You probably do not want your state to reach the 2018 ranking in the healthiest US states – BGR

As of 2018 we are treated with many of the final polls and surveys and rankings that are included at the end of any calendar year. We have learned that overall life expectancy has dropped this year, which is clearly poor, but if you want to dive in a bit more general health picture for your state you can do it thanks to 2018 Health Rankings United Health Foundation of the United States.

Annual study takes many different factors to weighing, evaluating things like clinical care, health policy, and health outcomes to develop a complete health picture every state. Get dive in!

The whole study is definitely worth checking out, and the foundation breaks data using different charts as well as an interactive map. Saying, if you are just reading this to find out what rank ranking is attached to your state study, here's the whole list:

  1. Hawaii
  2. Massachusetts
  3. Connecticut
  4. Vermont
  5. Utah
  6. New York
  7. New Jersey
  8. California
  9. North Dakota
  10. Rhode Island
  11. Nebraska [1

  12. United States of America
  13. United States of America
  14. United States of America
  15. United States of America
  16. Ohio [19659005] Indiana
  17. West Virginia
  18. Kentucky
  19. Arkansas [19659005] Oklahoma
  20. Alabama
  21. Mississippi
  22. some surprise here, but the general ranking is pretty much m argued in line with previous studies focused on the health of state populations. Many southern states are dropping below the charts, including Oklahoma, Alabama, Mississippi, and Louisiana in all geographies as well as making four "worst" states in the list.

It seems that doing Northeast as well, in New York, New Hampshire, Vermont, Connecticut, and Massachusetts all leads the top 10, and New Jersey is a place removed from # 11. The rest of the country is a mixed bag, with Utah at # 5 sitting right next to Nevada at # 36.
